Job Title: Operations Head

Experience Required: 3-10 years

Location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore

Employment Type: Onsite

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Experience/Skillset:

  • Ability to design and implement operations aligned with business growth, learner success, and revenue objectives.
  • Lead academic, marketing, sales, and support operations teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and prioritize initiatives in high-growth environments.
  • Lead adoption of AI tools, new workflows, or process improvements across teams.
  • Build, mentor, and retain high-performing operations teams.
  • Experience managing online, hybrid, and AI-assisted learning programs.
  • Onboarding, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Implement strategies to improve engagement, retention, and completion rates using AI analytics.
  • Coordinate updates, versioning, and integration with LMS or AI platforms.
  • Understand workflows, sales funnels, lead qualification, and handoffs to delivery teams.
  • Track enrollments, payments, promotions, and refunds efficiently.
  • Ensure seamless post-sales onboarding and support.
  • Leverage analytics to optimize conversion rates, revenue forecasting, and operational KPIs.
  • Experience with LMS, AI-powered learning platforms, and digital content delivery systems.
  • Ability to monitor KPIs, generate dashboards, and interpret operational metrics.
  • Coordinate with other cross-functional teams for operational efficiency.
  • Create scalable, repeatable processes for academic, sales, and support operations.
  • Identify bottlenecks, eliminate redundancies, and implement process improvements.
  • Define KPIs for teams and systems to measure efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
  • Ensure operational processes meet internal and external standards.
  • Work effectively across academic, marketing, sales, support, and executive teams.
  • Address operational challenges proactively.
  • Manage change and scale operations quickly in a fast-paced AI/EdTech environment.
  • Balance priorities and expectations of learners, faculty, sales teams, and leadership.
  • Leverage AI and technology to improve operations continuously.
  • Knowledge of operations in high-growth AI/EdTech startups.
