Founders Careers is working with a climate-tech manufacturing and services startup that's building India's most efficient and sustainable cooling ecosystem. Powered by proprietary Phase Change Material (PCM) technology, the company is on a mission to decarbonize the cold chain by replacing diesel and dry-icebased systems with clean, scalable Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) networks.
As they expand across India and global markets, the company is seeking an Operations Head (VP Supply Chain & CaaS) to design and lead nationwide operations, transform the supply chain, and deliver performance excellence across manufacturing, warehousing, and service networks.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute a PAN-India supply chain strategy integrating manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics for cost efficiency and reliability
- Oversee end-to-end Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) operations, ensuring uptime, panel utilization, and customer satisfaction
- Establish and standardize SOPs and ERP-driven workflows across manufacturing, dispatch, inventory, and reverse logistics
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand forecasts with production and capacity
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and R&D teams to align operations with revenue, cost, and innovation goals
- Build and lead a national operations team, managing vendors, regional hubs, and 3PL partners
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, Lean methodologies, and performance dashboards
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 57 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, preferably in FMCG, Q-commerce, cold chain, or manufacturing
- Have managed multi-city, temperature-controlled operations or service-based networks
- Bring strong expertise in ERP systems, forecasting tools, and operational analytics (Power BI, Zoho, or similar)
- Combine analytical rigor with on-ground agility able to make quick, informed decisions
- Have proven leadership skills and can scale teams, systems, and vendor networks effectively
- Are entrepreneurial and thrive in fast-moving, mission-driven environments
