Working Model: Onsite

Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru.

Days: Monday - Friday

Timings: 9AM - 7 PM

Budget: Upto 20 LPA (depending on experience)

About the Role: We are looking for a strategic, execution-oriented Head of Marketing to own and scale our marketing function. This role will be responsible for building a strong brand, driving digital growth, and leading a successful, high-impact online launch.

We are seeking someone who has previously been part of a large, established brand ecosystem, where they have played a meaningful role in building or strengthening the marketing function and driving measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy, Leadership & Execution

  • Define and own the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Lead, build, and manage the marketing function (brand, digital, content, performance, partnerships).
  • Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams (product, sales, operations).
  • Set clear marketing KPIs and ensure accountability against outcomes.
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear timelines and ownership.

2. Brand Building & Positioning

  • Develop and strengthen the brand's positioning, voice, and identity.
  • Ensure consistency in brand communication across all channels.
  • Define target consumer segments and create tailored messaging for each.
  • Own brand storytelling and ensure it reflects in all marketing efforts.

3. Digital Marketing, Performance & Online Launch

  • Lead and execute a successful digital-first/online launch strategy.
  • Bring prior experience in establishing or scaling a brand's digital presence and driving measurable online growth (sales, reach, engagement, or awareness).
  • Own performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms.
  • Work with agencies/teams for campaign effectiveness.
  • Use data and analytics to continuously refine marketing strategy.

4. Content, Social & Partnerships

  • Oversee content strategy across social media, website, and digital platforms.
  • Ensure content is high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to keep the brand relevant.
  • Lead influencer and creator collaborations.
  • Identify and build strategic brand partnerships that drive reach and credibility.

What We're Looking For

  • 57 years of overall marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a Head of Marketing (or equivalent) role.
  • Experience working within a large, established consumer brand or high-growth DTC environment, where the candidate has contributed to building or significantly strengthening the marketing function and delivered measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading a digital-first or online brand launch.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
