The Marketing Lead will drive pipeline-led marketing for Rapyder's enterprise and GCC business.
This role owns end-to-end marketing strategy, demand generation, and brand positioning ensuring marketing directly contributes to pipeline growth, revenue impact, and market credibility.
You will lead brand, growth, content, and demand teams while working closely with Sales and Alliances.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute Rapyder's marketing strategy aligned to enterprise and GCC GTM priorities.
Set KPIs focused on pipeline creation, deal influence, and revenue contribution.
Lead and mentor brand, demand, and content teams.
Build and execute integrated campaigns to generate qualified enterprise pipeline.
Drive ABM, digital, event-led, and industry-focused GTM programs.
Partner with Sales and Alliances to convert leads into opportunities.
Strengthen Rapyder's positioning as a trusted cloud transformation partner.
Drive content, leadership branding, and ecosystem visibility.
Optimize digital channels (SEO, SEM, social, automation).
Track campaign ROI, conversions, and CRM-driven marketing metrics.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

710 years in B2B marketing (cloud, SaaS, or IT services preferred).
Proven track record in demand generation and enterprise GTM.
Experience managing marketing teams.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles.
Hands-on experience with CRM, automation, and digital marketing.
Data-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment.
