Who we are
ExCo is the parent company behind Bucketlist and BHX. We've been at this for 12 years. We've already arrived.
Bucketlist runs premium group adventures across 18+ countries for people who want to dive, jump out of airplanes, go on slow off-grid vacations, and live a non-mainstream life. We've taken thousands of people on adventures that have enabled 300+ collaborations, built a community of 4,000+ epic people who are each other's hype squad, and created a closely knit tribe that supports and helps each other every day.
BHX is India's first creative residency 120+ editions across 10+ countries. A space where creators, builders, and thinkers come together to make things that didn't exist before.
We also host city experiences that allow people to meet in unique and meaningful ways.
Our audience isn't looking for a holiday package. They're divers, skydivers, creators, founders, artists, and self-growth obsessives. People invested in the non-mainstream way of life. People who build things that don't exist. They don't want a vacation they want a story they'll tell for the next decade.
Now we're building what comes next a global experiential marketplace for the world's most happening experiences. Travel that turns into meaningful adventures with people you'll never forget. The platform is live. The community is real. The vision is massive.
The role
You're not joining as a growth manager. You're joining as the growth leader.
You own growth at ExCo across Bucketlist, BHX, and the marketplace. That means two things living in the same brain: the rigour of performance marketing and the soul of narrative-driven storytelling.
You own the numbers:
- Lead generation across channels Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, app, organic
- The full customer funnel attribution, pixel, conversion, drop-off. Measured. Weekly.
- CAC by channel. Pipeline volume. Lead-to-booking conversion. No vibes. Real metrics.
- Platform growth as the marketplace scales app adoption, activation, retention loops
- Ad spend efficiency you decide where money goes and defend it with data
You own the narrative:
- Content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and whatever's next for Bucketlist, BHX, and ExCo
- A creative team sits with you in office Creative Director, editor, designer, social media exec. You lead them.
- Our experiences range from 1L4L+. The content has to match. Cinematic. Aspirational. Real. Never discount energy. Never generic travel content.
- You build a content engine trip stories, creator content, behind-the-scenes, community moments. Consistent, not sporadic.
You own the experiments:
- You try things nobody asked you to try
- You kill what's not working even if it looks pretty
- You build new funnels, not just optimise old ones
What this role is NOT:
- A brand role where things look nice and leads are someone else's problem
- A coordinator role where you pass briefs between people
- Remote. This is Bangalore. In-office. Monday to Friday. No exceptions.
Who you are
- 6-8 years in growth, performance, or full-stack marketing travel, D2C, premium consumer, or experiential brands preferred
- You've built funnels, not just inherited them
- You're as sharp in Meta Ads Manager as you are briefing a content shoot
- You understand why someone spends 3L on an experience and what makes them say yes
- You've led a small creative team and know how to drive output without hovering
- You don't wait for the brief. You write it.
- Bonus: you've marketed a platform or app, not just services
What you walk into
- A brand people genuinely love Bucketlist and BHX have 12 years of community and trust
- A creative team already in place you lead them, not build from scratch
- A marketplace platform that's live you'll be the first marketing leader to shape how it grows
- Live inventory ready to sell across 18+ countries. The product exists. The engine needs a driver.
- A founder who wants to hand you the keys and go build the next thing
