Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify emerging consumer trends, behavioral shifts, and category insights to drive innovation.
  • Create strategic briefs for new product development based on consumer insights and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design and Development teams to ensure product upgrades and innovations align with market needs and brand vision.
  • Drive content strategy across digital, social, and offline channels to build brand equity and storytelling consistency.
  • Build and scale influencer partnerships to amplify brand credibility and reach.
  • Build and integrate online and offline marketing efforts performance marketing, content, experiential retail, PR, partnerships, and more.

Requirement

  • Min. 8 years of experience in Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, or NPD.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and design thinking.
  • Proven experience in driving successful new product launches and category innovations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Have worked with new-age D2C or consumer brands
