Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience driving marketing strategies across B2B and (ideally) B2C contexts.
• Deep knowledge of email marketing platforms, A/B testing tools, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience managing paid digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Display, Meta, etc.) with a revenue-first mindset.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and hands-on execution capability.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to influence marketing, sales, and leadership.
• Experience in demand generation or performance marketing roles in high-growth or SaaS environments.
