Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development:

  • Conduct market research to develop branding strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze consumer behavior, segmentation, and market trends.
  • Monitor competitor brands and industry developments to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Drive ROI-focused marketing initiatives and ensure measurable returns on investment.

Brand Communication & Campaign Management:

  • Design and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across TV, print, digital, and social media.
  • Plan and implement product campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales growth.
  • Execute targeted promotions such as exhibitions (melas), limited-time offers, bundles, and discount strategies.
  • Monitor digital engagement, brand visibility, and online followership metrics.

Benchmarking & Market Competitiveness:

  • Track brand equity, market share, consumer satisfaction, and brand recall metrics.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and implement improvement strategies.
  • Incorporate customer feedback into product enhancements and feature upgrades.

Budget & Financial Management:

  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.
  • Ensure efficient utilization of marketing funds.
  • Monitor campaign performance and maximize ROI through data-driven decision-making.

Trade Loyalty & Channel Engagement:

  • Strengthen retailer and distributor loyalty programs.
  • Design reward schemes and customer benefit initiatives.
  • Engage trade partners through personalized communication and promotional offers.

New Product Development (NPD):

  • Pre-launch: Conduct research, benchmarking, and design planning.
  • Launch: Develop communication strategy and train sales teams.
  • Post-launch: Monitor performance and refine strategy based on feedback and results.

Product Pricing & Portfolio Management:

  • Develop competitive pricing strategies balancing profitability and market demand.
  • Manage the product portfolio to ensure an optimal mix.
  • Oversee complete product lifecycle management from ideation to post-launch review.

Market Analysis & Insights:

  • Conduct extensive on-ground market visits across India.
  • Gather real-time insights from distributors, retailers, and consumers.
  • Use analytics and consumer research to refine strategies and improve sales performance.
