Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialistto develop, execute, and manage multi-channel B2B marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and qualified leads for our IT services. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign management for B2B technology solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and oversee the marketing team and all related sub-functions.
- Drive holistic marketing strategies and campaigns to boost website traffic, maximize digital presence, and support sales growth.
- Define KPIs and deliver detailed marketing reports aligned with annual revenue objectives.
- Plan and execute campaigns to consistently achieve annual MQL targets.
- Manage all digital demand generation channels, ensuring optimum performance and ROI.
- Optimize content, messaging, and creative assets for maximum campaign impact.
- Implement digital tactics to increase web traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Strengthen social media presence and identify new opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with competency and sales teams to capitalize on market opportunities and customer insights.
- Lead, mentor, and empower team members to deliver high productivity and exceptional results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a global B2B marketing leader, with mandatory experience in marketing to the North America market.
- Proven 5+ year track record in B2B demand generation with strong results in driving qualified pipeline.
- Demonstrated ability to create and sustain active engagement across social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and lead management processes.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools like Google Analytics (preferred).
- Exceptional content creation skills tailored to B2B audiences.
- Proficiency in demand generation channels such as email marketing, social media, paid search, and other digital platforms.
