Job Description

Head of Dealer Marketing will own the strategy and execution of dealer-led growth across our classifieds marketplace. This is a high-impact role responsible for acquiring, engaging, retaining, and monetizing dealer partners across key categories

What you will do:

  • Define and execute the overall dealer marketing vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
  • Drive dealer acquisition, activation, retention, renewals, and revenue growth across categories
  • Build scalable strategies to grow high-quality dealer supply and long-term partnerships
  • Design and optimize dealer lifecycle programs including onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back
  • Own dealer communication across email, WhatsApp, in-app notifications, and CRM channels
  • Leverage data and insights to personalize messaging and improve dealer experience
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives focused on dealer acquisition and lead quality
  • Experiment with new acquisition channels and dealer cohorts
  • Analyze dealer behavior, churn, conversion funnels, and LTV
  • Use insights to improve product adoption, pricing, packaging, and engagement strategies
  • Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, CRM, Data, and Customer Support teams
  • Act as the voice of dealers internally to influence roadmap and experience improvements
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing dealer marketing team

What we are looking for:

  • 812 years of experience in marketing, growth, or lifecycle roles
  • Strong experience in classifieds, marketplaces, auto, real estate, or B2B ecosystems
  • Proven expertise in dealer-led or partner-driven business models
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
  • Experience managing and scaling teams in fast-paced environments
