Job Summary

This role involves assisting with market research, social media management, content creation, and campaign coordination. The Marketing Head learns about marketing strategies, helps execute marketing campaigns, and contributes to the development of marketing materials.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including brand positioning, product promotion, and customer acquisition.
  • Be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and generate qualified leads in the B2B space.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Drive the development and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, encompassing both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Utilize market research and customer insights to identify target audience segments and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to maximize individual and team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, Product, and Design, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and incorporate them into the marketing strategy.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable systems and processes to streamline marketing operations.

Experience & Skills

  • Master's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • This position requires extensive experience in engaging with research firms to gather market insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends. The candidate should be adept at leveraging Gartner and Forrester research to develop strategic marketing plans and drive successful marketing campaigns.
  • Minimum experience of 10+ years in marketing, with a focus on both traditional and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in successfully leading and managing a marketing team.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
