About The Role
Headsup Corporation is hiring a
Head of Marketing for a
leading Travel Industry Client. This role will drive the overall marketing vision, strategy, and growth roadmap for a high-growth B2B travel services organization. The position focuses on building a scalable, digital-first, e-commerce-led marketing engine while supporting domestic and international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the marketing vision, brand strategy, and growth roadmap
- Build and scale the marketing function from scratch (team, processes, tools)
- Lead digital-first growth across performance marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM, content, and automation
- Drive B2B and e-commerce growth through acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies
- Develop go-to-market strategies for international travel offerings
- Strengthen engagement with travel agents, tour operators, and global partners
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and thought leadership
- Partner with sales and product teams to align with revenue goals
- Manage budgets, ROI, analytics, and performance dashboards
- Build and lead high-performing marketing teams
- Support international expansion and new market entry
Candidate Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in Digital & E-commerce Marketing
- Proven experience as a Marketing Head / Senior Marketing Leader
- Strong exposure to B2B, D2C, and performance marketing
- Experience building marketing teams and systems from ground zero
- Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills
- Expertise in brand building, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
- Experience managing large marketing budgets with ROI accountability
Preferred
- Experience working with a Travel Industry / DMC / International Services Client
