About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Head to join our team. In this role, the candidate will lead both the Marketing and Business Development functions, driving brand positioning, lead generation, and business growth in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and budget, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals and growth targets.
- Build and strengthen the company's brand identity and market positioning within the façade, construction, building envelope, and real estate industries.
- Drive lead generation initiatives through digital marketing, industry events, trade shows, seminars, and direct engagement with architects and consultants.
- Create and manage technical marketing collateral, including product brochures, project case studies, capability statements, and presentation templates.
- Oversee the company's digital presence, including website management, SEO, social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant industry channels), and email marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute the company's participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a structured business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and support overall business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including entry into new markets, acquisition of new clients, and exploration of new project segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, developers, and main contractors.
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and proposal submissions, in coordination with the Sales Engineering team.
- Track and report business development performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue achievement.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics such as lead generation, campaign ROI, website traffic, and overall brand visibility.
