The Assistant Manager - User Retention and Engagement will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance user retention and engagement within our platform. This role requires a combination of analytical skills and creative thinking to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve user retention and engagement.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and user experience.
• Design and execute retention campaigns and initiatives to increase customer loyalty.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to user retention and engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in growth and retention, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Postgraduate in Marketing or Management
• Advanced Excel skills required for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Strong planning and organization skills to effectively manage work activities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative approach with a high attention to detail, striving for accuracy and shared wins.
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Clevertap, Moengage, Salesforce,or similar platforms.
