Job Description

    1. Lead the overall marketing strategy and execution for India & SA, driving profitable growth, market share expansion, and strong brand positioning.
    2. Oversee digital marketing, inside sales, and Training & Education functions, ensuring alignment with global initiatives and clear performance KPIs.
    3. Develop customer segmentation, product positioning, and targeted campaigns, while tracking market trends and competitive activity.
    4. Guide pricing, branding, marketing communications, events, and launch plans, ensuring consistent and impactful market presence.
    5. Mentor and develop the marketing and T&E teams while strengthening customer relationships through regular market engagement and crossfunctional collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Head should have:

  • 12+ years of experience in Marketing with past experience in sales.
  • Background in Medical Devices or academia-related industries.
  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to tell compelling brand stories.
  • Experience managing media agencies and digital & traditional marketing channels.
  • Prior people management experience
