Key responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's short-term and long-term business goals.
- Lead branding and positioning initiatives for corporate and project-specific marketing.
- Champion innovation in campaign planning and execution to enhance market responsiveness
Integrated Brand & Project Marketing:
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, print media, PR, and outdoor.
- Shape end-to-end marketing for project launches from concept to execution
- Create and execute innovative on-site branding initiatives to enhance customer experience at high-end sites.
Digital Marketing
- Strategies Digital marketing plans and ensure implementation , stay up to date with latest trends of the digital world
- Lead innovative initiatives in digital and social media marketing to increase the reach of the brand
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Product, Leasing, and Development teams to align marketing goals with revenue objectives.
- Support sales enablement with marketing collateral, presentations, and campaign-specific assets.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive gaps.
- Use data analytics to inform go-to-market strategies and refine marketing approaches.
Team Leadership & Agency Management
- Build, mentor, and lead the in-house marketing team or external agencies to meet performance and brand goals.
- Manage vendor partners, media agencies, and creative resources effectively.
Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and challenges in marketing initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive activities to anticipate and respond to potential threats.
Budget Planning & Efficiency
- Design and communicate the annual marketing plan in coordination with other functions and in alignment with the long termmarketing strategy
- Ensure a performance-based approach by clearly defining annual and monthly KRAs linked to the overall marketing strategy
- Develop the annual budget for the Marketing team aligned to the overall business plan and budget (budgets for ATL/BTL initiatives, digital/social, manpower budget etc.)
- Assess ROI of initiatives and key strategies related to branding and PR to identify most effective channels for the business
- Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field and MBA in Marketing.
- Years of experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience
- Work Experience Requirements:
Proficiency in digital marketing.
Strong project management skills.
