Key Responsibilities
1. Public Relations (PR) & Corporate Communication Real Estate Focus
- Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance brand credibility and visibility in the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with media houses, industry influencers, and PR agencies.
- Manage project launches and corporate announcements.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management related to projects, customers, or brand issues.
2. Social Media Strategy & Brand Engagement
- Lead social media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Oversee content planning related to real estate projects, site progress, possession updates, customer testimonials, and brand campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visuals across all platforms.
- Monitor engagement, performance analytics, and optimize strategies to increase reach and leads.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and social media innovations.
3. Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing
- Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and website optimization.
- Work closely with digital agencies to improve campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports for management on lead generation, cost per lead, and ROI.
4. Graphic Designing & Creative Leadership
- Lead the graphic design team to create high-quality creatives for real estate projects.
- Ensure creatives align with brand guidelines and project positioning (luxury, premium, affordable, etc.).
- Oversee designs for brochures, hoardings, social media posts, digital ads, project presentations, and site branding.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to visually represent project USPs effectively.
- Maintain strong visual aesthetics that reflect the brand's identity and positioning.
5. Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor the PR, social media, Digital, and Graphic Design teams.
- Work closely with Sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Foster innovation, creativity, and efficiency within the team.
Qualifications & Experience
- 812 years of experience in PR, Social Media, Digital Marketing, and Branding (preferably in Real Estate)
- Prior experience in leading teams in real estate marketing is highly preferred
