Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRA)
1. Talent Acquisition
Source the right Talent at the right place with a TAT (30 days through Naukri & other job portals)
Minimize the consultant cost for hiring
For the open position through Employee referral and internal Talent pool
Develop a system for smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners
Maintain the Person Level dossier updated as per the checklist, with a proper KRA to be developed for the candidate
2. Training & Development
Identify TNI & skill gap function-wise for white collar & blue collar separately
Prepare Annual Training calendar & request training program through internal & external sources for white collar & blue collar
Maintain the Training MIS data with Training effectiveness
Maintain the Training feedback and Training record for various audits
Develop IDP & PMS and support the developing team for succession planning
3. Employee Engagement
Develop an annual Engagement calendar and celebrate
Birthday/Anniversary/ festival/ events/ survey/ CSR/ anniversary month
Develop TNI (Total Employee Involvement CSR, SSA, Kaizen, 5S plan)
Develop an employee together plan
Employee satisfaction survey to judge the pulse of employees
Prepare the action plan for the employee satisfaction survey
Develop a rewarding strategy across sources (Exhibition box, Glassdoor, LinkedIn portals)
4. Performance Management System (PMS)
Develop KRA and SMART goal setting for all employees
Develop a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual KRA review system
Develop a performance management system once a year through KRA
Develop a plan and proceed with the rating scale band & procedure for Annual appraisal for white collar & blue collar
5. Develop People Skills
Ensure to start the Develop people box related to HR & Admin
Finalize the points, evaluate and audit with HOD, and take an action plan
6. Right Manpower Management
100% manpower availability on the shop floor as per the plan
Ensure Salary & advance preparation with error-free
Maintain employee salary wages & advance on 2nd–7th each month
Develop and maintain manpower costs through productivity
Awareness of all employees of Employee welfare schemes and ensure that employees benefit from them
Ensure all recruitment is as per the benefits through the PF/ESI/ government scheme
Ensure absenteeism is less than the benchmark through proper preventive control
7. Compliance Management
Ensure monthly ESIC return on or before the due date
Ensure all employees are covered for ESIC & ESIM/GR/CA scheme as per law
Ensure the half-yearly Labour welfare fund is deposited on or before the due date
Various returns are to be submitted on or before the due date as per the statutory forum
Bonus return, PF return
8. Audits (Internal & External Management)
Prepare documents and clear all audits (internal & external) with zero NC
Prepare documentation and an action plan for various audits
9. Administration Management
Ensure various activities related to security Management
Ensure no major safety incident or near miss is taken care of
Housekeeping facility to be 5S as per the target
Horticulture to be developed as per our target
Ensure the Pantry and canteen operate smoothly
Ensure overall plant administration with smooth operations, basic hygiene, and safe conditions
