Role Overview

We are hiring a Head of Channel Partners & Business Development – India, a founding leadership role with a dual mandate to drive both sales partnerships and developer relationships. This is an opportunity to build from the ground up — not just execute strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a strong broker and channel partner network across India to drive sales for Dubai-based projects.
  • Identify and engage with Indian developers looking to enter the Dubai market.
  • Position Refine as a development management partner for international expansion.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing BD team, including hiring and mentoring junior associates.
  • Represent Refine as the face of the brand in India across industry forums and client engagements.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including IPCs, brokers and developer networks.

Who We're Looking

  • 8–12 years of experience in real estate business development, channel sales or partner management.
  • Strong network within Indian brokerage and developer ecosystems (IPCs, CREDAI, NAREDCO etc.).
  • Experience in international real estate sales or cross-border transactions (Dubai exposure is a strong advantage).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — comfortable engaging with developers, investors and HNIs.
  • A builder mindset — someone who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of outcomes
