Principal responsibilities
- Business Analysts (BA) operate across the Programme lifecycle and must be capable of undertaking various types of change delivery (including Agile and waterfall).
- BA works closely with Front Office, IT, Analytics (Quants) teams, Architects and fellow change team to deliver project/program as per organization processes on time.
Qualifications
- SME of Market Risk framework with knowledge of Risk measures like VaR (Value at Risk), SVaR (Stressed VaR), IRC (Incremental Risk Charge), CVA (Credit Valuation adjustment).
- Strong knowledge of Different VaR - Value at Risk methodologies
- Broad knowledge of asset classes and risk factors
- Working experience of Regulatory programs like FRTB - Fundamental Review of Trading Book, IBOR - Investment Book of Record etc.
- Expertise in working on Front-to-back Operating model, front-to-back Risk architecture setup.
- Strong communication skills and Senior stakeholder management
- Working experience of large Project / program delivery
- Strong business analysis skill
- Industry certifications (CFA - Chartered Financial Analyst, FRM - Financial Risk Manger, PRM - Partner relationship Management)
- Experience of working with software delivery
- Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably with FRM/CFA - (CFA - Chartered Financial Analyst, FRM - Financial Risk Manger) certification.
