Position: Export Sales Manager – Agri Commodities (Superfoods)
Location: [Hyderabad]
Industry: Agri Commodities / Superfoods (Chia, Quinoa, Flax, Watermelon Kernels, etc.) preferably.
Experience Required: 5+ years in Export Sales of Agri Products
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Export Management: Handle the complete export cycle — from procurement, order processing, and documentation to after-sales support.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing domestic and international clients and ensure high service standards.
- New Business Development: Identify and develop new clients and markets through proactive outreach and participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B platforms.
- Export Documentation: Prepare and manage all export-related documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, LC documents, and compliance certificates.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with procurement, production and logistics teams to ensure timely sourcing and fulfillment of domestic and export orders.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global market trends, pricing, and demand in superfoods to drive competitive sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Agri Business, or related fields.
- Experience: Proven track record in agri exports, especially in superfoods (chia, quinoa, flaxseed, etc.).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of export documentation and global compliance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple markets
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for trade shows and client meetings
