Head of Business Development

We're Hiring: Head of Business Development Private Label & Contract Manufacturing

We are a 35-year-old manufacturing company with a strong presence in the hair care industry, known for delivering reliable, high-quality products at scale. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented leader to join us as Head of Business Development.

Role Objective:

To drive growth by pitching and onboarding leading companies across India for Private Labelling and Contract Manufacturing, with a key focus on our flagship product 10-Minute Hair Color Shampoo / Hair Color Gel.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead business development initiatives for private label and contract manufacturing

Pitch our products and manufacturing capabilities to leading FMCG, cosmetic, and hair care companies across India

Build and maintain relationships with founders, brand owners, and purchase teams

Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships

Drive revenue growth and expand our client portfolio

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Senior professional with strong experience in B2B sales / business development

Background in FMCG, cosmetics, personal care, or contract manufacturing preferred

Proven track record of closing large B2B deals

Strong network within the consumer goods or beauty industry

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently

Job Location: Delhi/Faridabad
