Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for the Head of Business Development. The role involves leading the business development team, formulating strategies to identify new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing sales activities, conducting market analysis to identify growth areas, managing key accounts, developing and executing business plans, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Development and Sales skills to expand opportunities and drive client acquisitions
- Proven ability in Business Planning and formulating strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
- Analytical Skills to assess market trends and identify potential areas for business expansion
- Experience in Account Management to maintain and nurture relationships with key clients
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in infrastructure, logistics, or related industries is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and analytics software is an advantage
