About the role
We are looking for a commercially sharp, strategic leader to lead Enterprise Partnerships and Monetisation, owning strategic enterprise relationships and scalable revenue growth initiatives across the platform. This role will own enterprise brand partnerships, retail media revenue, strategic monetisation initiatives and high-value account growth, while directly leading a focused subset of KAM resources aligned to priority enterprise accounts.
This is a high-impact leadership role with direct responsibility for revenue growth and profitability.
You will be expected to own the following areas:
Enterprise account leadership
● Manage and grow relationships with top healthcare and consumer health brands
● Drive long-term strategic partnerships and wallet share expansion
Retail media & advertising revenue
● Work closely with agency partners and programmatic platforms
● Scale on-platform advertising including sponsored listings, display and brand campaigns
● Build retail media solutions aligned to brand objectives
● Develop performance measurement frameworks and ROI reporting
New monetisation initiatives
● Partner with product and data teams to build monetisation-led features
● Launch and scale new revenue streams across advertising, brand integrations and value-added services like consumer offers
● Improve monetisation yield across categories and customer cohorts
P&L & revenue strategy
● Own revenue targets across key accounts and monetisation channels
● Drive EBITDA-positive monetisation growth
Team leadership
● Lead and mentor a high-performing monetisation team and a focused subset of KAM resources aligned to enterprise partnerships
● Create performance-driven culture with strong governance and operating cadence
Ideal candidate
● 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail media, pharma, FMCG or consumer internet
● Proven experience leading large enterprise accounts
● Strong understanding of digital advertising and retail media ecosystems
● Track record of scaling revenue in high-growth environments
● Strong commercial acumen and financial orientation
● Ability to operate cross-functionally in complex environments
