About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to spearhead the development of our Ads Product and Performance Stack. This role is pivotal in building innovative ad solutions that cater to client needs across demand and supply ecosystems. You will work at the intersection of technology, business, and client success to define our ads product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Ads products, from concept to scale.
- Build and enhance solutions across demand-side platforms (DSPs) and supply-side platforms (SSPs) to maximize monetization.
- Partner with business and sales teams to deeply understand client requirements and translate them into product features.
- Integrate with major ad networks, exchanges, affiliate ecosystems, and programmatic solutions.
- Drive performance marketing innovations and first-party data utilization through partnerships with CDPs and CRM platforms.
- Benchmark competition and identify opportunities in native, display, video, and performance ads.
- Build and mentor a high-performance product team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years in AdTech, programmatic ads, or performance marketing ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, CDPs, and attribution models.
- Prior experience at publishers, ad networks, affiliates, or platforms (e.g., Google, InMobi, Pubmatic, Taboola, WPP, Affle, Cred, Swiggy).
- Proven success in building ads monetization products or performance-driven ad stacks.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
