Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement (or similar).
- Modules: Deep knowledge of Procurement, Supplier Management, and Accounts Payable.
- Implementation Lifecycle: Proven track record in at least 2-3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P workflows (Requisition-to-PO, Sourcing, Invoice-to-Pay).
- Technical Familiarity: Understanding of OTBI/BI Publisher reporting and integration tools (e.g., FBDI, OIC)
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead the entire Procure-to-Pay lifecycle (Purchasing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Portal, Payables, Expenses).
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops to gather requirements, document as-is and to-be processes and create functional specification documents (FSDs).
- System Configuration: Configure Oracle Fusion Applications to match business processes, including approvals, workflows, and document formatting.
- Testing & Validation: Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing test scripts and resolving defects.
- Data Migration: Oversee data mapping and migration for vendors, open purchase orders, and invoices.
- Support & Training: Provide post-production support, train end-users, and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
