Job Title: Sourcing Manager - Real Estate
Experience: 3+ Years In Real Estate
Location: kharadi, Pune
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sourcing Manager with strong market knowledge and excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding quality clients/projects while maintaining strong relationships in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source new business opportunities and projects
- Develop and maintain strong connections with CPs (Channel Partners) and clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated with current trends
- Schedule and manage meetings with potential clients
- Handle end-to-end sourcing process from lead generation to closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
- Maintain daily reports and update CRM/Google Sheets regularly
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sourcing or relevant field
- Strong network in the local market (especially South market preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
Languages Required:
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Strong CP connections
- Good presentation and convincing skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of real estate market (if applicable)
