Job Description

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Recruiter and Senior Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk hiring, BPO recruitment and Executive hiring. This is a target-driven role suited for candidates from recruitment agencies who are strong in sourcing, screening, and closing high-volume roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk / BPO / C - Suit hiring requirements
  • Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and internal databases
  • Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback and closures
  • Manage daily/weekly hiring targets and ensure timely delivery
  • Support walk-in drives and mass hiring campaigns
  • Maintain candidate data and update ATS/trackers regularly

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in BPO / volume hiring / Executive search
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
  • Good communication and coordination skills
