Role Overview:
We are hiring a Recruiter and Senior Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk hiring, BPO recruitment and Executive hiring. This is a target-driven role suited for candidates from recruitment agencies who are strong in sourcing, screening, and closing high-volume roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk / BPO / C - Suit hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates as per client requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback and closures
- Manage daily/weekly hiring targets and ensure timely delivery
- Support walk-in drives and mass hiring campaigns
- Maintain candidate data and update ATS/trackers regularly
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience in BPO / volume hiring / Executive search
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
- Good communication and coordination skills
