Job Description

Team Leadership: Ensure staff works together to provide optimal service and meet guest needs.
Staff Management: Inspect grooming and attire, and rectify deficiencies to maintain a professional appearance.
Opening & Closing Duties: Complete all opening and closing tasks, including preparing supplies and cleaning equipment.
Inventory Control: Inspect storage areas for organization, implement FIFO procedures, and complete regular stock inventories.
Guest Service: Monitor dining areas for seating availability and ensure guests safety, comfort, and satisfaction.
Maintenance: Complete work orders for any required maintenance repairs in a timely manner.
Training & Coaching: Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff while maintaining morale and motivation.
Compliance & Safety: Follow all company safety and security policies, report unsafe conditions, and complete required training.
Guest Engagement: Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate their needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
Problem Resolution: Listen to employee concerns, respond appropriately, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Operational Improvement: Identify and implement ways to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost savings.
