JobScoot is a USA-based career management company that handles the entire job search process for candidates especially international students so they can focus on one thing: acing their interviews. We don't advise. We execute.

CredX is an AI-powered candidate and employer verification platform built for India, taking on one of hiring's most critical unsolved problems resume fraud and unverified credentials. CredX is pre-launch and goes live in 30 days. You'll own marketing for both. Two brands, two audiences, one Growth Specialist who figures out how to make both win.

Role Overview:

We're not looking for someone who needs a brief, a process, or a committee. We're looking for someone who takes outcomes and builds the engine to achieve them independently.

You will own the entire marketing function for JobScoot and drive the pre-launch and launch strategy for CredX. You'll manage a small team a graphic/video editor and a marketing intern and coordinate with a performance marketing freelancer when that resource comes in.

No one will tell you how. You'll be evaluated on what happens.

Role Responsibilities

Content Marketing & SEO

  • Own the content calendar blog, LinkedIn, social from strategy to publish.
  • Write or direct content that ranks, converts, and builds trust with international student job seekers.
  • Drive organic growth through SEO keyword strategy, on-page optimization, backlink building.

Email Marketing & Outbound Sequences

  • Build and manage outbound email sequences via HubSpot targeting prospects and partner institutions.
  • Own email marketing campaigns end-to-end segmentation, copy, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

CRM, RevOps & HubSpot Ownership

  • Own the HubSpot instance pipelines, workflows, contact management, and reporting dashboards.
  • Build RevOps infrastructure that connects marketing activity to sales outcomes with full visibility.
  • Ensure data hygiene and CRM integrity across the entire funnel.

Lead Generation & Brand Building

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns across channels organic, paid coordination, partnerships.
  • Build the JobScoot brand in communities where international students live Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, university forums.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with universities, international student orgs, and career services.

Sales Enablement

  • Create SDR-ready assets email templates, objection handling guides, one-pagers, decks.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team Lead to align messaging from top of funnel to close.
  • Feed real-time market and prospect insights back into the sales process.

Product Marketing & Analytics

  • Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for new JobScoot features and offerings.
  • Track, own, and report on all marketing KPIs traffic, leads, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
  • Run performance marketing coordination with the freelancer once onboarded brief, review, optimize.

Role Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on growth or marketing experience, ideally across content, SEO, email, Lead & demand gen.
  • Deep working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, workflows, sequences, and reporting. Not just familiarity, ownership-level expertise.
  • Strong writer, you can produce content that sounds human, ranks on Google, and converts readers into leads.
  • Proven ability to own outcomes independently no hand-holding, no waiting for direction.
  • Experience managing or coordinating a small team or freelancers.
  • Analytical mindset you make decisions from data, not instinct alone.
  • Comfortable operating across two very different brands simultaneously without losing focus on either.
  • Onsite availability in Hyderabad, non-negotiable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in B2C SaaS, EdTech, career services, or HR tech.
  • Familiarity with the international student landscape or global job market dynamics.
  • Experience with pre-launch or 0-to-1 brand building.
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush), outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist), and social scheduling platforms.
  • PR or media outreach experience even informal coverage or placement counts.
  • Exposure to product marketing positioning, launch planning, competitive analysis.
  • An existing network in HR, EdTech, or startup communities in India is a strong plus.
