Trainee- SAP SD Consulting

Training & Development:

• Participate in structured training programs covering SAP SD modules, business processes, and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP SD, including new features and functionalities.

Hands-on Learning:

• Work alongside senior SAP consultants to gain practical experience in SAP SD configuration, customization, and implementation.
• Assist in the setup, integration, and maintenance of SAP SD modules in live project environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, finance, etc.) to understand how SAP SD integrates with other modules like MM, FI, and PP.

Support Project Teams:

• Help in collecting and analyzing client requirements to design SAP SD solutions that meet their business needs.
• Support the project team in preparing test cases, conducting unit and integration testing, and resolving issues.
• Assist in data migration, report generation, and documentation processes as part of project execution.

Client Interaction:

• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, demos, and reports to clients on SAP SD capabilities.
• Interact with clients to understand their current sales processes and propose SAP SD solutions for business improvement.

Problem Solving:

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues within the SAP SD module, offering timely solutions under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in sales processes through SAP SD solutions.

Adaptability & Growth:

• Be flexible to adapt to the dynamic demands of SAP SD projects, including working in shifts and handling multiple tasks.
• Show commitment to personal and professional development by actively seeking feedback and improving technical and consulting skills. 

Qualifying Skills-

• Any Graduation.
• 3-4 years of sales experience, with an in-depth understanding of sales processes and client management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with teams and clients effectively.
• Trained and/or certified in SAP SD with a strong desire to learn and grow in SAP consulting.
• Flexibility to work from the office (Mon-Sat) and availability for night shifts as required.
