Base Salary: 6,00,000 10,00,000 INR/year (Approx. $9,600 $14,500 USD/year), tailored to seniority and local market standards.

Key Responsibilities

Global Strategy: Execute end-to-end campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) and Meta Ads.

Audience Synthesis: Define and target customer personas across all age groups using advanced segmentation.

Creative Optimization: Partner with creative teams for A/B testing ad copy and visuals to maximize ROAS.

Smart Bidding: Manage budgets across time zones using automated strategies (Target ROAS/CPA) integrated with our internal AI.

Data Analytics: Drive adjustments based on deep-dive metrics from GA4 and internal dashboards.

Requirements

Experience: 1+ year managing high-performing Google & Meta Ads campaigns.

E-commerce DNA: Strong grasp of fashion e-commerce metrics (Conversion Rates, ROAS, LTV).

Technical Stack: Proficient in Ads Manager, GA4, and modern MarTech tools.

Communication: Fluent in English; able to adapt messaging to regional market nuances.

Infrastructure: Stable high-speed internet and a professional remote setup.
