Job Description

Position: Content & Growth Marketing Manager

Company: NuroSparX Digital Growth Company

Location: Remote

Communication Skills: Extremely fluent in English

Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in content marketing, social media strategy, and managing paid ad platforms in agency environments

Salary: Up to 60,000 per month based on current CTC & experience (Apply only if you fit in this criteria)

Notice Period: Up to 30 days or Immediate joiner

Role Overview:

We are looking for a content-first marketing professional who combines strong writing skills, social media strategy, and hands-on execution of paid marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be able to think strategically, write compelling content, build social presence, and execute performance campaigns across platforms.

You will work directly with US-based clients across B2B and B2C industries, managing brand presence, campaigns, and performance across digital channels.

This role requires ownership, creativity, analytical thinking, and strong execution capabilities.

Core Capabilities:

1- Content strategy & writing:

  • Exceptional content writing ability across formats: blogs, landing pages, ad copy, social posts, and thought leadership content with CRO skills
  • Ability to create high-converting marketing content for B2B and B2C brands
  • Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and content optimization platforms
  • Strong understanding of SEO-driven content, storytelling, and brand voice development
  • Ability to build content calendars and long-term content strategies

2- Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Expertise in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies
  • Ability to create high-engagement social media posts, carousels, short videos, and campaign concepts
  • Planning and executing organic growth strategies for brand pages and founders profiles
  • Experience with content scheduling tools and social media analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement optimization

3- Performance Marketing & Ad Execution

  • Hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms
  • Ability to create ad creatives, write ad copy, set targeting, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns
  • Experience with lead generation, ecommerce campaigns, and retargeting strategies
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and campaign reporting

General Requirements:

  • Manage content, social media, and ad campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and improve results
  • Experience working in agency environments with US clients preferred
  • Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts
  • Timings: 12 pm 9 pm
  • Fluent English communication for US client interaction
