ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who has hands-on experience scaling consumer mobile apps in fast-growing startup environments. You will own growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization, working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Leadership.
Location: Bangalore | Work Model: Work From Office (WFO) | Immediate joiners preferred
ROLES OVERVIEW
Own and drive the overall growth charter across the full funnel acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and monetization
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, app networks, and emerging channels
Define growth hypotheses, design experiments, and run A/B tests to improve key metrics
Work closely with Product Managers to ideate and execute growth-led product features
Analyze user cohorts, funnels, drop-offs, and behavior patterns to identify growth opportunities
Own and improve key KPIs such as installs, CAC, DAU/MAU, retention, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates
Lead App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy for Android and iOS
Build and scale referral programs, virality loops, and engagement mechanics
Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and ROI tracking
Collaborate with content, influencer, and community teams to drive organic growth
Create dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership and stakeholders
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in growth marketing
REQUIRED SKILL-SET
35years of hands-on experience in Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing
Proven experience working in fast-growing startups or high-growth consumer internet companies
Strong experience scaling mobile apps (Android & iOS)
Deep understanding of growth funnels, experimentation, and performance metrics
Hands-on experience with paid marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, app networks, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, GA, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar
Ability to translate data insights into actionable growth initiatives
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills
Comfortable working in ambiguity and high-speed environments
GOOD TO HAVE
Experience in social, gaming, audio, or community-driven platforms
Exposure to influencer marketing, creator-led growth, or UGC ecosystems
Experience with referral programs and virality loops
Understanding of monetization strategies, pricing, and subscription models
Prior collaboration with product teams on growth-led feature development
Experience in Series A/B/C startup environments
