Job Description: Senior Manager / Associate Director of Growth Marketing Fintech
About the Role:
We are looking for a high-impact leader of Growth Marketing to lead end-to-end growth for
our lending/fintech products. This role will own the full funnelfrom customer acquisition
to engagement, retention, and revenuewhile driving scalable, data-led growth across
digital and organic channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Growth Strategy & Ownership
- Own north-star metrics such as acquisition, activation, and revenue growth
- Build and execute end-to-end growth strategy across the AARRR funnel
- Drive category creation and scale within the fintech ecosystem
2. Customer Acquisition & Performance Marketing
- Lead multi-channel acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels
- Optimize CAC, funnel conversion, and channel efficiency
- Manage and scale large marketing budgets with strong ROI focus
3. CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
- Build and scale lifecycle marketing across channels (WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Push)
- Drive personalization, segmentation, and trigger-based journeys
- Improve engagement and retention metrics
4. Data, Experimentation & MarTech
- Leverage customer data and behavioral signals for targeting
- Drive A/B testing culture across channels and product surfaces
- Own MarTech stack for automation and personalization
5. Product & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve user journeys
- Influence product features and UX for growth
- Work with cross-functional teams to unlock new growth levers
6. Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team
- Establish operating rhythms for experimentation and reporting
- Manage agencies, vendors, and stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 812 years of experience in Growth/Product Marketing
- Experience in fintech, lending, payments, or consumer tech
- Proven track record of scaling growth metrics
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, CRM, and data-driven growth
- Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams
