About The Role
MPOWER Financing is seeking a Growth Manager to drive growth for our new
U.S. Graduate and Refinance loan products. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that generate awareness, applications, and funded loan volume across North America.
You will work across the full marketing funnel, partnering with channel specialists and cross-functional teams to launch campaigns across paid media, social media, influencers, email, partnerships, and owned channels. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who enjoys building campaigns from concept to optimization and scaling what works.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the go-to-market strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for MPOWER's U.S. Domestic and Refinance loan products.
- Plan and manage campaigns across paid media, social media, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and strategic partnerships.
- Partner with Product, University Relations, Sales, Analytics, and Compliance teams to launch campaigns aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Track and analyze campaign performance across the funnel, optimizing targeting, messaging, creative, and channel mix to improve results.
- Develop U.S.-market-focused messaging and audience strategies based on borrower insights, competitive landscape, and performance data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or campaign management.
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns across paid media, social media, influencers, email, and partnerships.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience optimizing conversion funnels, CAC, and campaign performance.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working with or marketing to the U.S. market is a major plus, particularly in roles supporting U.S. customer acquisition or growth.
- Experience in edtech, fintech, lending, or financial services is a plus
A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple-time zones and sites!
In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
