Job Title : Sr. Manager- Growth Marketing
Job Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)
Mode of work: On-site, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities :
1. Performance Marketing
-Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels.
-Experiment with new ad formats, attribution models, and martech integrations to improve scale and efficiency.
-Build and optimize audience strategies, media plans, and creative testing frameworks to maximize platform efficiency and ROI.
-Drive full-funnel performance analysis awareness engagement conversion and optimize for ROI.
-Partner with data teams to run experiments on incrementality and funnel optimization.-
Partner with the Creative and Category teams to deliver high-performing assets across formats (video, static, carousel), ensuring every creative is optimized for platform performance and ROI.
-Recommend website merchandising strategy and creatives to drive conversion rate improvement
-Define segmentation, communication cadence, and personalized lifecycle campaigns to drive repeat purchase rate and LTV.
2. Influencer Marketing
-Lead BlissClub's influencer and creator marketing strategy across nano, micro, and macro influencers.
-Develop and own the end-to-end influencer funnel from creator identification, onboarding, and campaign execution to performance tracking and ROI measurement.
-Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to design influencer-led storytelling that builds brand equity and drives measurable outcomes (awareness, consideration, conversions).
-Build long-term creator partnerships aligned with BlissClub's brand ethos and campaign calendar.
-Define clear success metrics (views, engagement rate, cost per engagement, content reuse, and new user acquisition via influencer traffic).
-Continuously test formats and platforms (Reels, YouTube Shorts, UGC, affiliate, etc.) to maximize impact.
3. Analytics, Insights & Experimentation
-Drive data-backed decision-making across all performance, retention, and influencer initiatives.
-Own marketing dashboards tracking CAC, ROAS, LTV, influencer ROI, and campaign efficiency.
-Analyze cross-channel performance to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement.
-Regularly present insights and recommendations to leadership to inform marketing strategy and spend allocation.
4. Leadership & Collaboration
-Partner with creative, product, tech, data, and merchandising teams to build an integrated growth engine
-Manage agency and platform relationships to bring best-in-class execution and innovation
-Mentor junior team members, fostering cross-functional learning and marketing excellence.
Qualifications:
-68 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across Meta, Google, and app-focused platforms, along with proven experience in managing influencer and creator marketing programs at scale
-Experience of handling D2C business
-MBA from Tier 1 institutes
