We at Meolaa are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (D2C) who will own new customer acquisition and paid growth for the brand's D2C website. This role is responsible for scaling revenue efficiently through channels like Meta, Google, Snapchat, and Affiliates, while working closely with Creative, CRO/Web Ops, and CRM teams to maximize conversion and LTV.
This is a P&L-impacting role with direct ownership of revenue, ROAS, CAC, and scale.
