Position Summary: The Growth Manager will own and scale our customer acquisition engine across channels. This role demands deep expertise in D2C growth, performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, and multi-channel demand generation. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of hands-on experience scaling digital-first brands, with strong capability in managing large budgets, driving efficient CAC, and building compounding growth loops.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Own end-to-end acquisition strategy across key channels.
- Drive aggressive growth targets and execution across paid, organic, and owned channels.
2. Performance Marketing Lead campaigns and optimize performance marketing across:
- Meta (FB, IG, YT)
- Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Amazon Ads
- Programmatic/Display
- Affiliates, Influencers
- SEO & ASO
- App marketing
3. Meta Ecosystem & Growth
- Own and scale full-funnel Meta strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and retention.
- Drive creative testing, audience architecture, and Advantage+ campaign optimisation at scale.
- Stay ahead of platform shifts, new ad formats, and algorithm changes to sustain competitive performance.
4. P&L & Channel Ownership
- Own channel-level P&L including budgets, revenue forecasting, CAC, ROAS, MER, and contribution margin.
- Drive cross-channel budget allocation decisions grounded in attribution data and incremental ROI.
- Build business cases for new channel investments and communicate performance narratives to senior leadership.
5. CRM & Lifecycle (Retention + Reactivation)
- Build and scale CRM journeys across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, and in-app.
- Create automated, event-based communication flows to improve repeat rates, LTV, and cohort retention.
- Drive personalization, segmentation, and win-back strategies using data.
6. Data-Driven Growth
- Use advanced analytics for segmentation, campaign optimisation, and channel mix decisions.
- Manage CAC, MER, ROAS, retention, and contribution margin KPIs.
- Build dashboards and run growth experiments to drive incremental lifts.
7. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with product, tech, creative, CX, and supply to ensure growth goals and funnel outcomes are aligned.
- Drive landing page optimization, funnel conversion improvement, and experimentation roadmap.
8. Budget Ownership
- Own and optimise acquisition budgets.
- Improve ROI through tighter measurement, attribution, and channel diversification.
9. Market Readiness & Innovation
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, new ad formats, AI-driven growth tools, and platform innovations.
- Test new channels, betas, and growth loops to stay ahead of competition.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in performance marketing / acquisition roles with strong D2C experience.
- Proven track record of scaling brands across channels & markets.
- Strong command of performance, attribution, analytics, CRM, lifecycle marketing.
- Experience managing large teams.
- Deep understanding of CAC economics, LTV, cohort behaviour, funnel optimisation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and data storytelling skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
