Job Summary: We are looking for a Growth Manager — Retention to drive long-term user engagement, membership renewal, and referral-led growth across . This role will focus on building scalable retention systems that improve user consistency, strengthen habit formation, and maximize lifetime value across the subscriber journey.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with an experimentation-led growth mindset, and understands how to influence user behavior through lifecycle interventions, engagement loops, and data-driven retention strategies. This role will own key growth levers including referral programs, renewal journeys, cohort retention, and engagement optimization, while working closely with Product, CRM, Growth, and Communication teams to improve retention and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Referral Engine & Viral Growth:
● Own and scale Yoga Circle's referral engine and referral growth initiatives
● Design referral journeys, incentives, and engagement loops that drive user acquisition through existing members
● Optimize referral conversion, participation, and repeat sharing behavior
● Collaborate with product, CRM, and communication teams to improve referral experience and adoption
● Track referral funnel performance and identify opportunities for scalable viral growth
2. Membership Renewal & Retention:
● Drive membership renewal strategies across user cohorts and lifecycle stages
● Build engagement and retention initiatives that improve subscriber consistency and renewal rates
● Identify churn signals and create proactive retention interventions
● Optimize renewal communication journeys, reminders, and engagement touchpoints
● Work closely with CRM and engagement teams to improve long-term member retention
3. Cohort Retention & User Engagement:
● Analyze cohort behavior, retention patterns, and engagement trends across the user lifecycle
● Build retention frameworks focused on habit formation, repeat participation, and long-term engagement
● Identify drop-offs and friction points across engagement and subscription journeys
● Design experiments to improve retention, activation, and user consistency metrics
● Develop reporting systems and dashboards to track cohort performance and retention KPIs
4. Experimentation & Growth Analytic:
● Build and run structured growth experiments across referral, retention, and engagement funnels
● Use data-driven insights to optimize user journeys, lifecycle communication, and engagement systems
● Conduct A/B testing across messaging, incentives, journeys, and retention strategies
● Collaborate with product and growth teams to improve engagement and monetization outcomes
● Translate user behavior insights into scalable retention and growth initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
● 3–8 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital acquisition roles
● Proven experience managing lead generation and acquisition campaigns at scale
● Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and digital campaign management
● Experience optimizing web funnels, landing pages, and lead conversion journeys
● Strong understanding of acquisition metrics including CAC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel performance
● Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and marketing analytics platforms
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
● Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
