Job location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (On-site)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own user acquisition and revenue growth across app and web through paid digital channels.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Display ads, Search Ads, YouTube Ads, other relevant third-party ad networks.
  • Drive performance across key business goals such as user acquisition, retention, and app installs.
  • Manage full-funnel campaign execution including audience strategy, media planning, bid strategy, budget allocation, reporting, and optimization.
  • Build a robust experimentation roadmap across creatives, audiences, landing pages, bidding models, placements, and campaign structures.
  • Monitor and improve core performance metrics such as CAC, CPI, CPR, ROAS and LTV.
  • Identify new channel opportunities, test emerging ad products, and scale high-performing acquisition levers.
  • Own the media mix planning & budgeting for all digital campaigns.
  • Build clear daily, weekly, and monthly reporting frameworks with actionable insights for leadership.
  • Own the ideation, conceptualisation & execution on creative planning campaigns

Requirement

  • Proven experience of 4 years managing e-commerce campaigns.
  • Excellent hands on experience with paid advertising channels like Facebook Ads, Instagram ads, Google Display ads, Search Ads, YouTube Ads,
  • Have a deep understanding of Google ads and Google Analytics.
  • A combination of analytical and creative thinking, with excellent attention to detail and good business judgement.
  • Use a data-driven approach to manage campaigns and derive insights on strategy and performance.
