We are building a modern healthcare brand that combines technology-driven diagnostics, active rehabilitation, digital acquisition, offline experiences, and community-led growth.
We are not a traditional physiotherapy setup, and we do not market like one either.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly execution-focused Growth Marketing Manager to drive both digital and offline growth initiatives at Stance.
This role is ideal for someone who is fundamentally strong in performance marketing but also enjoys owning execution across multiple growth channels, including offline activations, events, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives.
You will work closely with the founders to execute growth campaigns, build scalable acquisition systems, coordinate with agencies and vendors, and help build a strong growth function within the company.
This is a hands-on role with ownership, not a strategy-only position.
What You'll Own
Digital Growth & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns
- Manage Google Ads campaigns across Search and Local
- Improve lead quality, CPLs, and conversion efficiency
- Work on retargeting and funnel optimization
- Build landing page with conversion improvements
- Analyze campaign performance and reporting
- Define Instagram growth strategy and organic initiatives
- Support local SEO and search visibility efforts
Offline Growth & Activations
- Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives
- Coordinate workshops, community events, and activations
- Work with gyms, running communities, corporates, and local partners
- Execute local lead-generation initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and external partners
- Support expansion of offline acquisition channels
- Ensure smooth execution of on-ground campaigns and events
Team & Agency Coordination
- Manage and coordinate a small growth team of 2–3 members
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and operations teams
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers
- Build processes, workflows, and reporting systems
- Ensure alignment across online and offline growth efforts
Growth & Experimentation
- Build and test new acquisition ideas
- Identify scalable growth opportunities
- Develop repeatable marketing systems and SOPs
- Collaborate with founders on campaigns, launches, and experiments
- Bring proactive ideas across digital, offline, and community growth
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 4–6 years of experience in growth / performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Working experience with Google Ads
- Strong ownership mindset
- Ability to manage execution across multiple channels
- Practical understanding of SEO and organic growth
- Exposure to offline marketing, events, partnerships, or activations
- Experience in startups, agencies, D2C, healthcare, fitness, wellness, or consumer brands preferred
- Experience working at performance marketing agencies such as Sokrati, FoxyMoron, Schbang, or similar organisations is preferred.
- Prior experience working in a startup environment is preferred.
In the first 6–12 months, success in this role would include:
- Improving lead quality and conversion rates across acquisition channels
- Building scalable digital and offline growth engines
- Successfully executing community partnerships and local activations
- Creating repeatable growth processes and reporting systems
