We're looking for a
Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate scalable, data-driven growth across the full customer lifecycle. This role focuses on driving measurable results through stellar executions. You will support experiments, launch campaigns, and optimize funnels that drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and revenue across different audiences. This position reports directly to the VP of Growth Marketing. The role requires the candidate to be based in India, with a flexible schedule requiring three days in the office per week.
You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Data to turn insight into action and contribute to measurable impact.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day growth marketing operations and BAU tasks
- Plan, execute, and report on growth marketing campaigns, taking full ownership of the campaign lifecycle
- Support growth initiatives across lifecycle stages and channels, this includes email, in-app, and other marketing communication tools
- Translate hypotheses grounded in data and customer insight into structured initiatives
- Contribute to optimizing lead-to-revenue and product adoption funnels in close partnership with Sales, Product, and Operations
- Report on Growth Marketing initiatives and track monthly and quarterly performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
- Maintain campaign dashboards and create reporting to inform prioritization and strategy decisions
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation, ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech
- Strong analytical mindset and SQL experience with demonstrated experience using data to drive decisions and prioritize experiments
- Proven ability to independently execute full-cycle marketing campaigns from concept to measurement
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar)
- Results-oriented, with proven ability to support improvements in conversion rates, scale acquisition efficiently, and measure incremental impact
- Experience with regular reporting cycles and performance tracking methodologies
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Data teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a SaaS environment or marketing financial products
- Familiarity with product-led growth, experimentation frameworks, or A/B testing methodologies
