We're Hiring a Brand-Led Revenue Operator.
OutNorm is building a portfolio of premium consumer brands. One of our flagship ventures is a luxury performance-led beauty brand at an early but high-intent stage of scale.
We're looking for a Brand & Growth Marketing Manager who understands that:
- Brand equity drives long-term value.
- Growth discipline drives survival.
This role sits at the intersection of:
- Brand narrative
- Analytics-led content strategy
- CRM & lifecycle
- Website funnel optimisation
- Performance marketing alignment
You will work directly with the CEO to translate positioning into measurable growth.
What You'll Own
A) Content Strategy (Data-Driven)
- Identify what content formats, hooks, and narratives convert
- Lead end-to-end content planning and execution across Instagram, YouTube, short-form and website.
- Brief, coordinate and deploy creatives (reels, statics, UGC, founder-led content, educational formats).
- Own the content calendar from ideation to performance review.
- Track engagement depth, view time, saves, drop-offs
- Build structured creative testing roadmap
- Refine messaging based on performance data
- Translate consumer insights and performance data into recurring content formats that drive engagement and trials.
This is not aesthetic-only. This is analytics-backed brand building.
B) CRM & Lifecycle Systems
- Own email + WhatsApp automation and
- Build structured flows - Welcome, Abandoned cart, Post-purchase reassurance, Upsell & cross-sell, Repeat purchase
- Segment audiences intelligently
- Increase LTV and retention discipline
C) Website & Funnel Ownership
- Own UI/UX optimisation in collaboration with leadership
- Improve PDP clarity (claims, mechanism, reassurance)
- Reduce drop-offs across funnel
- Test landing routes and messaging
- Improve conversion rate
- Understand and optimise: Impression Click Add-to-Cart Purchase Repeat
Growth Alignment
- Work closely with Performance Marketing Manager
- Align creative direction with campaign performance
- Translate ad insights into website & CRM improvements
- Maintain performance discipline (CAC, ROAS, CVR trends)
What You Bring
- 47 years in D2C / premium consumer brands
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels
- Hands-on CRM experience (Klaviyo / WebEngage / similar)
- Comfort with GA4, Shopify analytics, Meta dashboards
- Ability to think in narrative and numbers
- Strong aesthetic judgment
- High ownership mindset
- Luxury / beauty experience preferred
