Role Overview:
We are looking for a growth-focused professional to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue for digital financial products. This role will own key business metrics and work closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute data-driven growth strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on execution, using experimentation and performance insights to optimize the entire customer journeyfrom awareness to long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Business Ownership: Drive growth across key metrics including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue for assigned products.
- Growth Strategy Development: Design and execute strategies to optimize funnel performance, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, analytics, marketing, and other teams to deliver growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Support the planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives for new product launches, ensuring strong value propositions and aligned messaging.
- Business Planning & Forecasting: Lead business planning processes including monthly performance tracking, growth targets, and annual planning.
- Performance Metrics Management: Monitor and optimize key metrics such as customer acquisition cost, engagement, and revenue growth using data-driven insights.
- Growth Programs & Campaigns: Develop and execute initiatives that drive product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and long-term customer engagement.
- Partnerships & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand acquisition channels and scale growth programs.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing and data-driven experiments to continuously refine marketing and product growth strategies.
- Customer Insights & Analytics: Analyze user behavior and performance data to inform growth strategies and improve customer journeys.
Key Qualifications:
Must-Have
- 35 years of experience in growth, product growth, or performance-driven marketing roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of growth metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Experience working with analytics platforms, marketing tools, and experimentation frameworks.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
Good-to-Have
- Experience in digital financial services, fintech, or related technology-driven sectors.
- Exposure to product-led growth strategies and digital customer journey optimization.
- Experience managing or influencing product-level revenue or P&L metrics.
