Job Title: Growth Manager / Campaign Manager
Location: Mumbai, India (Work From Office) Experience: 2-4 years
About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Manager / Campaign Manager who loves turning ideas into scalable growth engines. This role sits at the intersection of data, marketing, product, and revenueowning end-to-end campaigns that drive acquisition, activation, engagement, and monetization.

What You'll Do
Own end-to-end growth campaigns across channels like SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Push, Email, Voice, In-app, and Web
Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns for user acquisition, re-engagement, upsell, and cross-sell
Work closely with product, tech, analytics, and external partners to launch campaigns at scale
Define campaign targeting, segmentation, frequency, and messaging
Set up and track funnels, cohorts, and conversion metrics
Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, copies, CTAs, timing, and channels
Own campaign reporting and insightswhat worked, what didn't, and why
Identify automation opportunities and build always-on lifecycle journeys
Ensure campaign compliance with regulatory and platform guidelines
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management
Strong understanding of performance funnels, attribution, and metrics
Solid Hands-on experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, or campaign platforms such as CleverTap, Google Analytics, Firebase, Netcore, etc.
Exposure to RCS, WhatsApp Business, and Push notification ecosystems
Comfort working with large datasets, dashboards, and basic analytics
Ability to write or brief sharp, conversion-focused copy
Highly structured, execution-oriented, and comfortable with fast iterations
Strong stakeholder management skillscan align product, tech, and business
Startup mindset: own outcomes, not just tasks
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience in fintech, lending, payments, or consumer internet
SQL / Excel / basic data querying skills
Experience working with partners, vendors, or agencies
Understanding of Digital Lending and various credit products such as Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Credit Line, Business Loans, etc.
