What are we looking for

We're looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Growth Manager to scale Azaadi, a Shark Tank-featured wellness start-up helping people quit smoking and tobacco through Ayurvedic, nicotine-free solutions.

This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and creativity - someone who can drive measurable growth across digital platforms, optimize funnels, and lead performance campaigns for both Indian and international markets.

Responsibilities:

• Run & optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok & Pinterest
• Manage Shopify store, funnel performance & conversion rates
• Track & report performance (CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
• Collaborate with creative & content teams for ad strategy
• Oversee email & retention campaigns via Klaviyo/Mailchimp
• Identify and execute new growth opportunities across markets and maintain P&L.

Requirements:

• 34 years of experience in growth/performance marketing (D2C preferred)
• Hands-on with paid media, analytics & budgeting tools
• Experience in Indian & US markets a strong plus
• Analytical, creative & result-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in health, wellness, or FMCG D2C brands.
• Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools or automation systems is advantageous.

Experience: 3-4 years
