Growth Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a results-driven Growth Manager to lead customer acquisition, revenue

growth, and brand visibility through strategic performance marketing initiatives across

multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

4+ years of experience in performance/growth marketing with a proven track record

of scaling paid campaigns and delivering measurable ROI. Experience working with

or managing growth for companies such as Beliveta, Better for all, Mosaic, or

Tiktopshop will be highly preferred.

Develop and execute high-performing campaigns across major and emerging ad

platforms.

Optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and placements to maximize ROI and

acquisition goals.

Continuously test and refine ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

Monitor and analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.

Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve conversion

rates.

Leverage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and

attribution platforms for performance tracking.

Identify new audience segments and expansion opportunities across channels.

Build and scale lookalike, interest-based, and retargeting campaigns to improve

acquisition and retention.

Implement scalable growth strategies based on insights, data trends, and competitor

benchmarking.

Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with

business objectives.

Ensure seamless integration of landing pages, tracking systems, and creative assets.

Provide actionable performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
