Job Description

Title: Lead - Growth Marketing Manager

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Job location: Hyderabad (Work from office)

About the Role

As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be the engine behind our user/customer acquisition efforts. You'll work cross-functionally, move fast, and take full ownership of key growth channelsfrom paid media to lifecycle marketing and beyond. This is a high-impact role for someone who's equal parts strategic thinker and scrappy executor.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute experiments to drive growth across paid, organic, referral, and lifecycle channels
  • Own paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)from campaign setup to creative iteration and performance optimization
  • Analyse funnel data to identify drop-offs, improve conversion rates, and reduce CAC
  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to develop and test landing pages, onboarding flows, and growth loops
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.)
  • Scale what worksand sunset what doesn'tbased on data-driven insights

What We're Looking For

  • 25 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a high-growth startup environment
  • Proven track record of driving measurable acquisition or revenue growth
  • Strong command of marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Mixpanel/GA4, HubSpot/CRM tools, etc.)
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with metrics, attribution, and testing frameworks
  • Experience running A/B tests and growth experiments across channels
  • Agile, entrepreneurial mindsetbias toward action, comfortable with ambiguity

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or B2C marketplaces
  • Familiarity with SQL, Looker, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of product-led growth tactics
  • Creative chops (copywriting, landing page optimization, ad creative direction)
