Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue for our marketing and growth services. This role is for someone who understands performance marketing, video-led growth, UGC, and influencer-driven solutions, and can independently own the end-to-end sales cyclefrom pitching to closurewhile working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation pitch negotiation closure
  • Actively hunt for new business through on-ground outreach, meetings, and networking

Sell Marketing & Growth Services Including

  • Performance marketing
  • Video production & branded content
  • UGC & influencer-led growth
  • Brand growth / Social Lift solutions
  • Build and manage a strong revenue pipeline
  • Engage with brands, startups, agencies, and founders
  • Understand client needs and map the right growth solutions
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal execution teams

Requirements

  • 25 years of experience in BD / Field Sales for marketing or growth services
  • Proven experience selling marketing, digital, or media solutions
  • Strong communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with targets, closures, and revenue ownership
  • Good understanding of performance marketing, video-first and UGC-led growth

Good To Have

  • Experience with digital agencies, media or influencer platforms
  • Understanding of regional markets
  • Existing brand or agency network
